Virginia’s celebrated Congressman Jim Moran from the affluent and politically powerful suburb of Communist Northern Virginia has explained that his rich constituents are ready and raring to “spread their wealth around.” No, they are not GREEDY, as is that Joe the Plumber guy in Ohio.
