Drink the Kool-Aide, Everybody Drink the Kool-Aide!
Yesteryear’s War Hero
January 20, 2009Would be Today’s War Criminal, as time goes by.
2LT Audie L. Murphy, USA
Audie Leon Murphy, son of poor Texas sharecroppers, rose to national fame as the most decorated U.S. combat soldier of World War II. He was awarded the Medal of Honor, the highest military award for bravery given to any individual by the United States for “conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty.” He also received every decoration for valor that America had to offer, some of them more than once. He was awarded five decorations by France and Belgium.
Audi Murphy became a legend within the 3rd Infantry Division and quickly rose from Army Private to the rank of Staff Sergeant, and was then given a “battle field” commission as 2nd Lieutenant. He was wounded three times, fighting in nine major campaigns across the European Theater, and survived the war. (Audi Murphy Medal of Honor Citation)
Today in Washington DC, as an ungrateful nation bids “Good Riddance” to President George W. Bush**, the people’s representatives in Congress, under leadership of Nancy Pelosi, are making plans to bring charges of “War Crimes” against Americans who today should be awarded “Medals of Honor.” President Bush, his administration, those serving in the Department of Defense and the CIA are all under threat of prosecution for their dedication to keeping the American homeland safe since September the 11th, 2001. Yes, it is unbelievable, but it is the way things are, as time goes by and citizens forget about war and the blood, sweat and tears of those who have sacrificed to keep them safe.
Audie Murphy is buried in Arlington National Cemetery, just across Memorial Drive from the Memorial Amphitheater. It would be interesting to know how many of the millions of people celebrating the Inauguration in Washington today will make the effort to walk across the Memorial Bridge in front of the Lincoln Memorial to pay respects to a now forgotten “real” American hero.
**Today, at the Inauguration of Barack Obama, those most elite of the attendees, occupying spaces closest to the festivities, booed not only President Bush and Vice President Cheney, but the celebrants of Obama’s Inauguration booed First Lady Laura Bush, and Mrs. Cheney.
An Ungrateful Nation
January 15, 2009President George W. Bush bids farewell. An ungrateful nation responds “Good Riddance!”
“Oh, and please DO let the door hit you in the fanny on your way out.” You, Mr. President, have kept our fannies safe from harm for the past seven years, and to show our ingratitude we are about to haul your fanny to the World Court and charge you and your administration with War Crimes. MSNBC, Keith Olbermann, and Olbermann’s lackey lawman, Jonathan Turley, have been gleefully describing their plans for vengeance against you, your Vice President and all those government functionaries working for you who have spent the past eight years following that most anachronistic of all “Documents of Freedom,” the United States Constitution.
“Barack Obama has said that it (water-boarding) is torture and torture is a war crime, then the President has committed a war crime, if he did order water-boarding.” ~Jonathan Turley on MSNBC Countdown Show, where he states that President Bush himself admitted that he ordered water-boarding.
As President Bush bids a fond farewell to his beloved nation, ungrateful Americans have him in the cross-hairs for prosecution as a War Criminal. Nothing could warm the cockles of some American hearts more than the sight of a Republican former President rotting in some hellhole of a prison, along with high ranking members of his military, and employees of both the Department of Defense and CIA.
“When we’re talking about talented people at the CIA, in this context, we’re talking about ‘talented torturers.'”~Jonathan Turley, on MSNBC Countdown.
That prosecution called for by MSNBC, Turley and Olbemann would be President Bush’s just rewards for doing his job to keep his nation safe from harm. This is the real war that Democrats and the mainstream media have been wanting to fight; the war against George W. Bush. And they are calling upon President Barack Obama to do his duty and begin the War Crime Trials against his predecessor, whilst America’s media gush over the “smooth transition of power” that is American democracy.

Seven Years of Calm
December 10, 2008No Terrorists Attacks In the United States! Why?
- On October 12, 2002, in Bali, Indonesia, Al-Qaeda’s Jemaah Islamiyah terrorists targeted packed nightspots, killing 202 people, including more than 160 foreigners. There are even more nightclubs in the United States, why didn’t al-Qaeda target us here?
- On March 11, 2004, in Madrid, Spain, 191 people were killed and more than 1,800 injured in a series of explosions on four trains. al-Qaeda took responsibility for that accomplishment to avenge the presence of Spanish troops in Iraq. But why didn’t the terrorists bomb American trains on American soil? We had even more troops in Iraq than did the Spanish.
- On the morning of Wednesday September 1, 2004, in Beslan, Russia, Muslim terrorists and Arab mercenaries wearing explosive belts stormed a school taking 1,200 parents, students, children, and infants hostage. They wired a room with explosives and threatened to blow up the school during a three-day standoff. The children were refused food and water and were held in stifling heat in a gymnasium while the world waited. As Russian forces were collecting corpses from the initial raid outside the school, the militants in the school triggered the explosives inside the school. As the surviving hostages attempted to flee, the terrorists shot them and their rescuers in their backs. At least 326 people — 156 of them children — were murdered at that school and more than 700 wounded. Although 26 of the terrorists were killed, several escaped. Why did not these terrorists take over an American school on American soil? We have lots of schools here.
- On July 11, 2006, in Mumbai, India, seven high-powered blasts on suburban trains killed more than 200 commuters and injured at least 800. America has commuter trains too, why did not al-Qaeda target American trains with bombs?
- On November 26 of this year, again in Mumbai, India, Islamist gunmen launched attacks against luxury hotels. Gunmen from al-Qaeda’s Deccan Mujahedeen group claimed responsibility for the attacks, which killed more than 100. A rabbi, Gavriel Hertzberg, and his pregnant wife were sought out and murdered as were other Jews and Americans. America has many luxury hotels, many Jews and many, many more Americans. Why did al-Qaeda spare hotels and tourists in America’s homeland?
Could these “Seven Years of Calm in America” have had anything to do with the leadership of America’s Commander in Chief, George W. Bush, his administration and the fighting men and women of his military?
Victory in Iraq Day
November 22, 2008We won. The Iraq War is over. We hereby declare 22 November 2008 to be “Victory in Iraq Day,” or “VI Day.”
By every measure, The United States and coalition forces have conclusively defeated all enemies in Iraq, pacified the country, deposed the previous regime, successfully helped to establish a new functioning democratic government, and suppressed any lingering insurgencies. The war has come to an end. And we won.
What more indication do you need? An announcement from the outgoing Bush administration? It’s not gonna happen. An announcement from the incoming Obama administration? That’s really not gonna happen. A declaration of victory by the media? Please. Don’t make me laugh. A concession of surrender by what few remaining insurgents remain in hiding? Forget about it.
The moment has come to acknowledge the obvious. To overtly declare a fact that has already been true for quite some time now. Let us repeat: THE WAR IS OVER – WE WON!
“Ingratitude is monstrous, and for the multitude to be ingrateful were to make a monster of the multitude.” ~~William Shakespeare (1564–1616), 3rd Citizen, in Coriolanus, act 2, sc. 3, l. 9-11. He was arguing that the people should be grateful to Caius Marcius for defeating the Volsces.
