Obama-man Sing Along, from Greg Morton (Good thing he’s a black guy, or this lampooning of the President would be RACIST!)

Who can fix the mortgage?

General Motors, too

A bailout check for me

And a bailout check for you

Obama Man. Yes, Obama Man can

Obama Man can ’cause he mixes it with hope

And makes the world taste good

Who can give ya health care?

Who can save the poor?

Who can pick the teams

That are in the Final Four?

Obama Man. Yes, Obama Man can

Obama Man can ’cause he mixes it with hope

And makes the world feel good

Obama man takes problems

And he makes ‘em into cream and peaches

With sugar-coated, smooth-tongued speeches

I hope he practices what he preaches

Who can take tomorrow

Spend it all today?

Who can take your incomes

And tax it all away?

Obama Man. Yes, Obama Man can

Obama Man can ’cause he mixes it with hope

And makes the world feel good

Yes, Obama Man takes

Every speech he makes

Gives it a whole bunch of thinkin’

When Michelle Obama’s winkin’

Then he runs it by Abe Lincoln

Who can buy an iPod

Give it to the queen?

Who can take a cut of me

And turn it into green?

Obama Man. Yes, Obama Man can

Obama Man, Obama Man, Obama Man

Hey Chrysler, GM — you want some money?

Ford, you want some? No, you don’t?

OK, good. More for GM

God bless this mess, everybody

Obama Man can

We need some more lyrics describing how Obama-man can make abortion sound like a sunlit walk in the park, close Gitmo yet keep it open, and blame everything that he cannot get right on George Bush.

Good News on Car Warranty Robo-Calls

May 21, 2009

Federal judge blocks ‘robo-calls’ selling car warranties!

Now if only that Federal Court would do something about the Virginia politicians who are ringing on my cell phone asking for my vote! Oh, how representative democracy has deteriorated in these last two centuries. What does it matter who I vote for? Look at California. If the people vote the “wrong” way, their votes are invalided.

I don’t care who wins elections anymore. There’s not a dimes worth of difference between an “R” or a “D” politician. Just stop ringing me on my cell phone. I don’t want to hear from you while I am negotiating traffic on the beltway, Mr. Politician.

How Dumb America’s Media?

May 20, 2009

Contrary to what the American media have been reporting these past few weeks, no “Tea Bags” were thrown into Boston Harbor during the American Revolution. During the colonial period tea was often shipped by molding and baking the tea leaves into these “Tea Bricks” which were tightly packed in wooden crates.

There was NO SUCH THING as a “Tea Bag” in those days.  The Boston Tea Party happened in 1773. The “Tea Bag” was invented 135 years later,  in 1908. DUH!

America’s media are so dumb and so ignorant of American History that they think the Boston Tea Party involved a criminal gang of colonials throwing “Tea Bags” into Boston Harbor.

Recently, when a group of Americans, exercising their American Constitutional rights to protest higher taxes, organized nation-wide Tea Parties as their Colonial ancestors had done during the Revolutionary War era, America’s journalists at almost all of the major media outlets, lampooned them as “Tea Baggers.”

When the brave Bostonians of long ago, participated in the Boston Tea Party, there was no such thing as a “Tea Bag” anywhere in the world.

Yet America’s media, following the lead of MSNBC’s anti-American journalists** Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann, along with David Shuster and Rachel Maddow who dreamt up the “Tea Bagger” epithet, refused to refer to the modern day tax protesters as anything but “Tea Baggers” holding “Tea Bag Parties.” By doing so America’s media were employing the tactics of ridicule advocated by the Communist/Socialist movement, including President Barack Obama’s own mentor, Saul Alinsky. As America’s  television journalists belittled the Tea Party participants as “Tea Baggers,” gullible Americans continued to believe the dream that has become a fairy tale – that America’s media are “fair and balanced.”

The most slanderous and disgusting comment of all came from CNN’s “respected” Anderson Cooper. When someone commented to him that the Republicans were “searching for their voice,” Cooper responded:It’s hard to talk when you’re teabagging.Weeks later when questioned about his comment, Cooper replied in platitudes: “Protest is the great right of all Americans, and it’s not my job in any way to make fun of people or disparage what they’re doing.” He went on to say that he does not believe in “disparaging their legitimate right to protest, and what they were doing.” Oh? What does that mean?

** I have judged the MSNBC network, and its mean as junk-yard dog journalists, Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann, as “anti-American” because of their flagrant on-air contempt for the U.S. Constitution.
