there has never been a “We The People”. what’s your point?
Mr. Less Sheeple — Since 1789, the power granted to the U.S. federal government was meant to derive DIRECTLY from the People, as in “We the People.” Tyrants and dictators may (will) attempt to enslave “We the People” but following the Constitution should protect us all from tyranny. Read the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution:
“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
